- A 3,000-won discount for first orders
- You can pay with Yeosu Love Gift Certificate and Seom-Seom Yeosu Pay. 30% income deduction also available in year-end tax adjustment

The public delivery app “Ssing-Ssing Yeosu,” developed by Yeosu City (Mayor Kwon O-bong) to ease the burden on local small business owners, was launched on the 15th.
According to the city, the Android app was released first, and the iPhone (iOS) version will be available from April due to US certification for the app.
'Ssing-Ssing Yeosu' has an order fee of 1.9% of the order amount, which is cheaper than private delivery apps. There are no additional incidental expenses such as signup fees and advertisement fees, so 504 affiliates have signed up so far.
As a launch event, we are offering a 3,000 won discount on the first order, and we plan to increase the number of affiliates and app users with an additional discount event in April.
In particular, it is possible to pay with the paper-made or card-style Yeosu Love Gift Certificate, which is sold at a 6-10% discount to revitalize the local economy. With that, you can enjoy discounts and 30% income deduction in year-end tax adjustment.
To order, search for Ssing-Ssing Yeosu in the Play Store with your smartphone, download the app, enter the address, select a store and menu, and proceed with your order and payment.
Yeosu Mayor Kwon Oh-bong said, "I hope that many citizens will use it so that the public delivery app which will help small business owners and satisfy consumers can be successfully established." Mayor Kwon added, “I hope that the public delivery app “Ssing-Ssing Yeosu” will revitalize areas that now face difficulty due to the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic.”
The city plans to increase affiliate stores through continuous promotion. For inquiries and application for affiliated stores, contact Manna Planet Co., Ltd. (1833-9293).
Meanwhile, the city signed an agreement with Manna Planet Co., Ltd. last November to fight the monopoly of private delivery apps and fee increase and reduce order fees for local small businesses.
