Manseongri Black Sand Beach is the only black sand beach in Korea. On 20 April on the lunar calendar, "Black Sand Eye-opening Event" is held, and many visitors come because it's said that the geothermal heat starts to come up.Many tourist come to the beach every year to take black sand bath which is known as good for neuralgia and stomach disorders.
