Detailed Description
The islands are about 22.2km south-west of Yeosu downtown. The two islands were called Ggotseom which means the islands of flowers because of the abundant azalea flowers, then the northern one got its name as Sanghwado Island, and the northern one is now called Sanghwado and the other one is called Hahwado. Hahwado also has camellia and chrysanthemum flowers.
